Very well placed in the heart of Maastricht. Rooms could be modernized,the bathroom,however , is renovated and nice. Our room was on the smaller side. The staff is very kind and helpful,particularly the young man working in the afternoons. All in all a pleasant stay.

Katastrophal

Wurde vom Receptionisten MEHRMALS lautstark gefragt, ob ich normal bin, nachdem ich telephonisch um ein 3-Bettzimmer gefragt habe, und trotz mündlicher Absage über online ein ebensolches gebucht habe; Schimmelrückstände in den Badezimmern, Ausstattung aus den 60er bis 70er Jahren;

Schmieriges Loch

Wurde vom Receptionist gefragt, ob ich normal bin (lautstark und mehrmals an der Reception in Anwesenheit anderer Gäste), da ich anrief und kein 3 Bettzimmer bekam, aber danach online ein 3 Bettzimmer buchen konnte! Schimmel im Bad, mieffig, dieses Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Würde kein 2. Mal dort buchen.
