Not as nice as it looks

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness, privacy, staff helpfulness
Location: Close to Alhambra
Hotel is a hostel so if checking in after hours you have to check in at the sister hotel which is a pain. The bed linen was dirty, dusty and stained! The shower's are in the room which isn't a problem in itself but the panels are see through so no privacy! Also the water leaks out of them so put the towels down before and not after. We went in December and was quite drafty - you can use the heater but doesn't seem to correspond to temperature set. The location however can't be beaten it is literally at the bottom of the Alhambra - the main thing to see in Granada. Staff didn't seem to bothered about changing bed linen and would just hand us some more to make bed's up ourselves. Buffet breakfast at sister hotel is awful very paltry selection of items. Tried to use Ebookers platinum happiness guarantee and they did not help at all after 3/4 hours on phone.
