Great hotel in a beautiful city

Pros: The staff, the position.
Cons: Nothing on our stay.
Location: Just across the river from the main town with bars, cafes, etc. And five minutes by taxi to the Alhambra.
Shared hotel with a wedding party but the staff were always available, friendly and helpful. Asked about getting to Alhambra and they sorted a taxi and confirmed the approximate cost in no time. Needed a haircut and they even found a decent barber, no mean feat. Could not fault the service.

comfortable and practical

ideally located next to congress centre and main line bus stop taking you to airport and main line bus station. walking distance from city centre and away from the noise and crowd. some staff struggle with language but always try and help. no tea/coffee making facilities which is a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel!!

Les : La qualité de la literie, le calme dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel. Les - : Sur la page de l’hôtel E bookers il n’y a pas du tout de photos d’une chambre double standard ce qui est un peu trompeur car la réalité est bien différente… la chambre standard est petite, vieillotte, et l’équipement vieillissant… bien différent ce qu’on voie sur les photos ! D’ailleurs la chambre double standard ne garantit pas d’avoir un lit double. Nous avons eu deux lits simples au départ et nous avons finalement pu changer avec une chambre avec lit double.

Très bon hôtel

L'accueil est irréprochable et l'ensemble du personnel est compétent et souriant. En dépit d'une architecture assez froide cet hôtel a du charme. Il offre tout le confort qu'on peut espérer et l'hygiène est impeccable. Je le recommande sans réserve.
