This is an iconic property in a location that could not be bettered. However, it does not try hard enough to please the customer. So, 25 minute wait to get a glass of wine in the cocktail bar, food in the dining room brought to the table cold, air conditioning pumping cold air in the dining room leaving many so cold that they kept outdoor clothes on, corridors shabby and apparently not hoovered, charged 8 dollars for an inedible croissant.Not up to standard for prices charged and aspiration to be a top quality hotel.
