The location was superb, the room very nice and the breakfast was lovely. The only downside was we went for a meal on Saturday evening and they are obviously very short staffed. Took ages for the meal, not that we were in a rush thankfully but when we went to order a simple dessert was told it was ...
It was close to everything you want...rooms are small but spotless clean...only downfall,no tea making facilities..
Location was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, rooms were cozy with very comfortable beds. Bathrooms had great quality of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body moisturizer, no need to bring your own.
Smart modern hotel convenient for City airport and Titanic attraction and Odyssey arena. Friendly staff. Large room with aircon. Didn"t use any facilities as I was only hete briefly but would choose this hotel ahain.
A large room with plenty of supplies (towels, tea, coffee, glasses) for four people.
Great central hotel with modern comfortable rooms. Breakfast could be better. The scrambled egg was like rubber and the only egg selection.
the hotel looks amazing , always clean and tidy and the staff couldnt do enough to help. Beautiful food ,just an overall fantastic hotel .
Staff were excellent - the room however fell short of five star accommodation by quite a bit. Our breakfast was nicely cooked and service was prompt and friendly.
