The hotel was lovely just night times outside the hotel so much anti social behaviour in the early hours off the morning made it very hard to sleep and the fire alarm went off at 1.15am for no reason. Lovely hotel close to the beach but not one of the best areas off Yarmouth to be in at night time.

First impressions at the reception,- a stuffed grizzly bear would not be out of place here. My room was 106 a double bedroom. The shower room was so small you could wash your feet in the shower tray, brush you teeth and have a s... all at the same time.
You had to reverse onto the toilet ! and I frequently banged my head on the narrow glass shelf above the extra small sink which was so small I had to use a cup the fill the kettle. The room door had a large gap all around the frame letting lots of light into the room, also as I turned over in bed a sensor (I can only assume this sensor was outside) would pick up my body movements and switch on the light OUTSIDE my room. This ‘Hotel’ should be named after ‘the Addams family’house.

Room was very basic, window very small, the room was hot. The porridge was runny, the scrambled egg was horrible, the tea tasted horrible, the waitress were not tidy, they did not seem to understand English well. There were a lot of people who were very very scruffy. Would not come back, would have expected to pay more for a hotel near the sea front. Have emailed the hotel twice. Happy to take further for refund. Never stay here again. Noise from people drinking out the back late not good. One night someone talking loud and someone else coughing for ages. Not good enough.
