Staff were friendly, although check in was a bit slow. The room was big, and it was clean, although very warm and the windows wouldn't open. There was a fan in the room which was a bit temperamental and didn't really cool the room. The rooms could do with air-conditioning and a bit of redecorating, as looking a bit tired. Great location.

Very good location for public transport, places to eat and close to main shopping area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel i have stayed at in Glasgow, i will definitely be coming back soon.
