sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Pros: Das Frühstück ist sehr gut (bis 13 Uhr), die Infrastruktur perfekt (Anbindung Stadt, Bahnhof, Parken). Die Innenarchitektur sehr ansprechend.
Cons: ausreichend Seife nachfüllen, Pool hat gefehlt, Service hätte etwas netter sein können
Location: direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof; optimal um das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen
Wir waren für eine Nacht in Münster und wollten daher sehr zentral wohnen, um die Stadt schnell fußläufig zu erkunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist dafür super. Wir haben die ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre des Hotels in den öffentlichen Räumen und im Hotelzimmer sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und die Möglichkeit dies bis 13 Uhr zu genießen ist super.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! Toll, dass Sie sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Möglichkeit, sonntags bis 13 Uhr zu frühstücken genossen haben. Danke für den Hinweis bezüglich der Seife. Wir werden verstärkt ein Augenmerk darauf haben. Wir haben uns bewusst gegen einen Pool entschieden und dafür die hygienischeren Whirlpools angeschafft. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen und senden herzliche Grüße aus dem Hotel Kaiserhof Münster!
