5/5 Excellent
"Fantastic and very warm welcome. Staff superb and an amazing location in the heart of a beautiful setting. Boat hire on the doorstep and the bonus of the local market Sunday morning. "
"The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes.
The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing. Overall this was a really disappointing trip. "

"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work).
We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis. "
