Pros: Friendly staff and lovely boutique design, every detail thought through.
Cons: Absolutely no improvements needed.
Location: About 3 and a half minute walk from the train station on a very nice quiet street. Lots of places to go for food and also the Saturday market.
We stayed in the Boutique Staats hotel for a long weekend. We were greeted with extremely lovely staff and offered a choice of hot drinks at any time we liked. We were shown to our beautiful Junior Suite which was a huge room with lovely high ceilings and a very comfy bed (which was big enough for tall people and still room at the bottom) where we both had an amazing sleep (which we both needed). We chose the option for no breakfast so that we could go out and explore more of the city but it did smell great in the mornings along with beautiful fresh flowers. You could also get dinner and drinks from the bar which also looked lovely. Staff were extremely welcoming for our first time in The Netherlands and there is nothing I could say that faulted this hotel.

Excellent customer service

I made a last minute booking for the hotel and turned up about an hour later. On arrival the hotel already had my booking details and key ready for me. I was given a tour of the hotel and told a bit about its history as an old school building and then shown to my room. I travel a lot. This hotel scores very highly for its quality of service and amazing decor . They named it right ! It feels a very 'boutique' hotel.

Hotel liegt zwischen Zentrum und Bahnhof in einer Ruhigen Nebengasse. Tob Ausgangspunkt, wenn man z.b. auch mit der Bahn auf Amsterdam oder Zandvoort möchte.
