Mooie locatie, je loopt zo het centrum in. Jong en hip hotel,maar hasten van allerlei leeftijden . Personeel vriendelijk, uitgebreid en gevarieerd lekker ontbijt. De kamers super schoon, fijne bedden. Twee minpuntjes: wij vonden de kussens erg onprettig liggen.. Ondanks de keuze uit (combinatie van) drie kussens per slaapplaats hadden wij er steeds een gevecht mee om goed te liggen. We hebben daardoor minder goed geslapen en last vd nek. Maar dat is natuurlijk iets persoonlijks. 2e nafeel was dat we de auto niet bij het hotel konden parkeren. Kon alleen openbasr en verder weg. Het meest dichtbij was erg duur.Ik zou desondanks iedereen dit hotel aanbevelen.

Beste, Wat fijn om te lezen dat je het zo naar je zin hebt gehad, ondanks de ongemakken met het kussen. Dit zullen wij verder intern bespreken om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit van ons hotel blijft vorderen. Wat leuk dat je ons hotel aanbeveelt en dat onze service naar alle wens was. Parkeren is inderdaad een lastig verhaal omdat er helaas vrij weinig parkeerplekken zijn in Haarlem, misschien is het een idee om de volgende keer met het openbaar vervoer te komen? als dat haalbaar is tenminste. Bedankt voor je tijd om deze review achter te laten en hopelijk tot ziens! Warme groet, team the niu Dairy

Gute zentrumsnahe Lage. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Dies war nicht notiert. Es wurde darauf bestanden, dass wir die Mailbestätigung von ebookers vorweisen sollten. Es hat ihnen nicht gereicht im persönlichen Konto auf der Homepage. Leider konnten wir den Mailverkehr nicht vorweisen und bezahlten somit nochmals das Frühstück.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad mit moderner Dusche. Für eine Städtereise völlig ausreichend. Essen haben wir nicht ausprobiert.

Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gut. Für 100 Euro die Nacht/Doppelzimmer wurden die Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.
