Wenn man andere Hotel vergleicht, ist der preis, für den Zustand des Hotels viel zu teuer. Man hat ein Bett und kann Übernachten. Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich!!! Aber das Hostel werde ich wohl nicht mehr buchen.

Einfacheres Hotel für Städtetrip

Einfacheres Hotel in U-Bahn-Nähe. Gute Betten, und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen.

Familienurlaub

Wen man das Bett selber anziehen muss, ist es meiner Meinung nach kein Hotel. Für günstige Übernachtungen ok.

Netter Schlafplatz

War das 2te Mal hier. Beim ersten Aufenthalt war fast alles ok (außer Frühstück), dieses Mal landete ich in einer "Abstellkammer". Bett gereitete blaue Flecken, Reinigung erfolgte 1x in der Woche unvollständig, benutzte Handtücher wurden entsorgt aber nicht erneuert.

Vergleichbare Jugendtherberge

Empfang, einchecken ohne Probleme, freundlich! Information über die anliegenden "Cruise days" leider mangelhaft! Empfangsdame sagt wortwörtlich das sie erst seit unserem Anreisetag wusste das "Die Cruise Days" sind! Ich bin selber in der Hotelerie tätig und für diese Aussage habe ich leider absolut kein Verständniss! Das ist eines der bekanntesten Events in Hamburg, sehr unwarscheinlich dies erst am selben Tag zu erfahren! Zimmer leider absolute Katastrophe, selbst für ein 2 Sterne Hotel! Schlechte Ausstattung d.h: Möbel sehr alt, u.a zerbeulte beulige Doppelstockbetten, kein funktionierender Fernseher (auch wenn nicht benötigt) keine Klima anlage (bei dem heissen WE fast eine Qual) rote von Motten zerfressende Vorhänge aber das schlimmste war leider die Sauberkeit! Fette Stauwollen durchs ganze Zimmer, knirschender Boden, Haare ÜBERALL - Toilette, Badezimmer... Schimmel in der Dusche! Das einzige was vill.positiv zu erwähnen wäre die saubere Bettwäsche! Aber leider war es das! Ich bin ehrlich gesagt sehr abgehärtet (auf dem Schiff tätig, kleine alte Kabinen, Dusche + Toilette mit 4 oder 6 Pax teilen) aber in diesem Hotel würde ich nicht noch einmal schlafen!Sorry about that!:(
