Durch eine Baustelle, war es schwierig mit den ÖV's wieder zurück zum Hotel zu kommen weil es doch eher etwas abgelegen von der Stadt selber ist überhaupt nicht in Hamburg mitte. Das Zimmer ist ok für einen Städtetripp und sonst lässt das Bild des Hotels innen sowie aussen eher zu wünschen übrig.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer, hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und eine Junior-Suite erhalten. Sehr schöner Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Super Frühstück.

Waren am Hafengeburtstag dort. Dass Preise dann explodieren ist klar, nur dann stimmt absolut Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Dusche undicht, hat das ganze Bad überflutet. Fenster können aufgrund des erheblichen Straßenlärms nicht geöffnet werden. Für eine Nacht ist das okay, aber mehrere Nächte wären nichts für uns. Das Personal war super freundlich!!!!

Ganz nett!

Man steht vor einem großen, tristen Hochhaus. Im Eingangsbereich wird es dann zunehmend einladender! Das Personal war nicht unbedingt das freundlichste, doch wir hatten zum Glück nicht viel Kontakt. Das Zimmer war im 11. Stock, der perfekte Blick auf die Stadt - das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, jedoch sehr klein. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktioniert nicht, die Klimaanlage erhitze das Zimmer eher auf 27°C statt den geplanten 17°C - aber da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Das Grand City ist für einen aktiven Städteurlaub ok, aber nichts für diejenigen, die etwas mehr Zeit im Hotel verbringen wollen!

super Hotel

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist genial. Das Hotel ist nicht unbedingt schön von aussen, aber das Zimmer mit Bad war neu dekoriert und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausserdem ist es sehr zentral und mit dem Bus, der vor dem Haus hält, ist man in 7 min am Hauptbahnhof.

Super Zentral! Top Frühstück!

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Hamburg. Super Zentral gelegen,mit dem Bus der direkt vor dem Hotel hält ca.5 min zum Hauptbahnhof und ca.7 min zum Rathaus. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen! Gerne wieder!

Lage OK

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Bus fast direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Gebäude ist von Aussen schrecklich. Die Innenräume sind nicht einladend. Alles wirkt sehr grau. Mehr als schlafen möchte man auf keine Fall dort. Frühstück haben wir nicht versucht.
