Das alte Jugendstilhaus wirkt auf den ersten Blick ein bisschen verschroben (was ich sehr charmant finde) - es wird momentan fleißig renoviert und wir hatten eines der neuen Zimmer, das sehr gemütlich und stilvoll war. Gemütliches Bett, tolles Kissen, sehr hübsches Bad. Da wir am Wochenende da waren, waren wir nicht vom Lärm durch Handwerker betroffen. Das Hotel weist darauf hin, dass es an Wochentagen zwischen 7 und 17 Uhr durchaus mal hörbar ist, dass gearbeitet wird.... Beim Frühstück fehlten mir Alternativen bei Gluten- und Lactose-Unverträglichkeit. Sonst alles gut.

Tolle Lage und gemütliches Haus

Die Lage vom/zum Flughafen und in die Stadt war perfekt. gute Anbindung zur U3 mit kurzem Fußweg, haben auch den schönen Spaziergang an der Alster bis in die Stadt genutzt. Unser Zimmer war für einen City-Urlaub sehr groß, sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Frühstücksraum schön gemütlich und vor allem ruhig, Frühstück perfekt. Personal nett und die Rezeption auch nachts besetzt. Die Umbau-/Restaurationsarbeiten haben uns nicht gestört und wir sind gespannt, wenn diese fertiggestellt sind. Kommen gerne wieder !

Idyllinen vanha hotelli veden rannalla

Pros: Kaunis aamiaishuone ja huone jossa olimme oli viihtyisä ja terassi veden suuntaan varmasti upea näköala kun remppa ohi.
Cons: Remppa valmiiksi..
Location: Sijainti muutaman kilsan päässä keskustasta mutta bussi nro 6 pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Lähistöllä useita ravintoloita joissa hyvää palvelua ja edul
Hotellissa remppa menossa jonka vuoksi ns paketissa talo ja meluhaittaa. Henkiläkunnan englanninkielen taito aika välttävää.

Wer alten Stil schätzt ist genau richtig

Pros: Service
Cons: Beurteilen wir gerne erneut nach der Umbauphase!
Location: Mit der U Bahn ca. 13 Minuten bis zur Speicherstadt. Alster direkt am Hotel gelegen
Das Hotel befindet sich derzeit in Renovierung. Tut am Wochenende aber keinen Abbruch! Das überwiegend junge Serviceteam arbeitet hervorragend zusammen und mit den Kunden. Unser Zimmer für 2 Personen war leider etwas klein geraten, haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder! Auch für Allergiker geeignetes Frühstücksbuffet!

Das Hotel wird nach dem Umbau bestimmt sehr schön.

Pros: Allem in allem hat uns dort alles gefallen. Wenn man die Gerüste nicht mitzählt.
Cons: Eine kleiner Safe fehlte auf dem Zimmer, aber vielleicht haben wir diesen auch übersehen.
Location: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Alster. Von dort erreicht man nach kurzem Fußweg (ca. 20 Min.) alles was man sich in Hamburg wünscht.
Z.Zt. wird noch fleißig Umgebaut. Das Zimmer war aber gut, getrennt Schlaf- und Wohnbereich. Ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Wenn das Hotel fertiggestellt ist , wird es bestimmt super. Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Ein antiker Aufzug befindet sich in diesem Hotel, der ein kleines Erlebnis ist. Da wir an einem verlängerten Wochenende dort waren, wurden wir auch nicht durch Baulärm belästigt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die Alster und man hat daher auch noch einen schönen Ausblick.

Eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber in Renovierung

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, aber derzeit in einer Renovierungsphase. Sauberkeit im Zimmer durch den Baustaub nicht gegeben (Asthmatiker aufgepasst, brauchte mein Cortisonspray). Das Bad war sehr beengt, aber hübsch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Alles in allem würde ich in der Renovierungsphase nicht noch einmal dort übernachten.
