Nice hotel

Hotel was great, boasting attractive and well appointed rooms. Had a problem when checking in where they did not have my breakfast booking on their system, I showed the booking confirmation to the person on the desk and she eventually agreed to add breakfast to my room, however, her attitude towards me was condescending. The rest of the staff were fantastic, the amenities (spa in particular!) were amazing and the restaurant provided us with delicious meals. The hotels location is great for visiting the zoo but expect a short ride on the underground to reach anything else.

Die Speisekarte dürfte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein. Der Feueralarm morgen um 1.30 Uhr war auch erschreckend. Und was uns am meisten gestört hat, dass keine Entschuldigung kam. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr gut.

Grosses Zimmer (Business Kategorie). Für den Hund gab es Hundedecke, Näpfe und Snacktütte. Bequeme Betten für Frauchen und Herrchen. Alles sauber und schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Super gelegen, tolles Ambiente. Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes, warmes, kuscheliges Zimmer im Ost Afrikastil der 20er Jahre. Aber nicht übertrieben, sondern nur andeutungsweise.
