Sehr freundliche Begrüssung und tolle Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber lecker. Das Hotel ist modern und cool eingerichtet. Sehr ansprechend für Paare und Familien.

Grundsätzlich top Hotel, allerdings sind die Getränke sehr überteuert (4 Euro für 1l Wasser) und die Zimmer werden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Mülleimer wird nicht geleert, Fön nicht versorgt, nicht gründlich gesaugt… für den Preis erwartet man mehr

Das Personal ist jung, gut drauf und sehr freundlich. Alles war problemlos und schnell möglich. Zimmer war immer sehr sauber. Die Bar fand ich einsame Spitze, man bekommt immer eine Pizza, Snacks und eine Art Kiosk 24/7. Die Preise sind nicht überteuert wie in anderen Hotels und die Qualität vom Essen und Getränke sind auch super. Lage: ca2-3 Stationen dann kommt man zu den üblichen Orten in Hamburg (Hafen, Alster, Stadt, St. Pauli). Mit Kind ist es auch super, das Zimmer ist so aufgebaut, dass wir den kleinen rumlaufen konnten ohne das was passiert. Buchen wir gerne wieder. Achja: Tiefgarage 15€/Nacht wirklich klasse und kostenlose Paerkplätze auf dem Schotter
