Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zu dem vergangenen Aufenthalt in unserem Haus. Schade, dass die Bauarbeiten am Nachbargebäude Ihren Aufenthalt so nachhaltig beeinträchtigt hat. Sicherlich wissen Sie, dass Hamburg ein Stadt im ständigen Wandel ist. Bauarbeiten im direkten Umfeld eines Hotels oder Serviced Apartment Hauses sind daher nicht ungewöhnlich. Leider wurden auch wir nicht informiert, dass an dem Samstag Ihres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten stattfinden sollen. Da die Abrissarbeiten innerhalb der nächsten Wochen abgeschlossen sein sollen, sind wir uns sicher, Sie zu Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt in unserem Haus wieder voll überzeugen zu können.
