Lage und Aussicht ist sehr schön. Entspricht leider nicht 5*, manch 4* Hotel ist weitaus besser und empfehlernswerter. Schmutige, abgenütze Teppiche, Bad Fugen veraltet dies ist nicht der Stauts eines 5* Hotel.

- schlecht - für 4 Gäste gebucht und für 2 Gäste waren Handtücher und Bademäntel vorhanden. Auch auf Hinweis am Empfang bekamen wir erst die fehlenden Handtücher am nächsten Tag. - schlecht für kleinere Gäste/Kinder die Duschseife, nicht ohne Hilfe erreichbar, - schlecht für kleinere Gäste/Kinder können sich nicht selbstständig die Zähne putzen - hier fehlt eine Trittbank, - schlecht der Preis für das Frühstück wurde am nächsten Tag einfach erhöht von 30€ /Person auf 34€ /Person ohne einen Hinweis bei geleisteter Unterschrift , - Gut - Frühstück , - Gut - Lage,

Eine sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft mit leckerem Frühstück. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hat gute Laune. Leider muss man für 3 Erwachsene (obwohl so gebucht) noch ein Zusatzbett dazu bestellen, dies mussten wir am ersten Tag drei Mal an der Rezeption melden bis es umgesetzt wurde. Ebenso die Frotteewäsche, da mussten wir jeden Tag noch ein drittes Set dazu bestellen. Für das grosse Hotel hat es zu wenig Fahrstühle, man musste immer lange warten.

Einzigartig war die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus bei Tag und Nacht, Sonnenschein und Schnee! Personal in der Bar könnte tagsüber und vor allem auch nach einem Konzertbesuch freundlicher sein.

Supertolles Hotel in einmaliger Kulisse. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Spa-Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen! Auch für Ferien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.
