Frustrating that check in was 3pm when the wedding I was attending started at 2pm. The spa changing facilities were offered and as I had got caught in a rain shower I didn't want to trek through the hotel with wet clothes so opted for the ladies toilet although would have preferred a room. The room was superb, bed comfortable and was ideal for my needs. I had ordered room service for breakfast and although I ticked for this to arrive between 9 and 9:30 - it arrived at 8:15 with the statement 'its come earlier because we have so many to do' - as a customer I didn't need to hear this! To be fair, an offer of the Tray service Charge to be refunded was made - I did though decline this as the girl on reception was unsure how to do this as I had prepaid for this and I was in a hurry to leave.

Very Large hotel with everything you could think

Pros: Room was clean and bright, breakfast was lovely large range of items available. The attention of the staff at the wedding we attended was really good
Cons: more signage everywhere, you could easily get lost
Location: This hotel was near Liphook Hampshire, sorry didn't have time to do anything nearby
There were two weddings and a music event going on when we were there but you would not have known that. Excellent hotel, but a few more signed stating where things were would help as it is a very large hotel.
