The hotel was great even though it was being upgraded the location was excellent , restaurant was great and Lucias Italian wine bar over the road was a good place for food would stay again if it doesn't go to dear when it becomes a Hilton hotel
Lovely hotel which is a sister hotel to the Yorkshire. Room was a good size although it was tight getting in & out of bed. Bed was comfy as were pillows. Dressing table, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & tea & coffee provided. Lots of toiletries too. Room was very hot, would have been nice to have ...
Nice location. We had one of the more recently refurbed rooms so all nice. They do strictly not let you check in slightly early, unless you pay extra. ...
friendly, warm welcome and staff very helpful and professional, especially during breakfast which was well organised and supervised.
