Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Yes the limited car parking spaces is not ideal we do appreciate that. Sorry about the hot water. Sometimes it takes a while to get going in that particular room and especially if other rooms are showering at the same time the hot water tank probably struggled to cope. However, this is not good enough. We are looking into this issue so thanks for bringing it to our attention. Glad you enjoyed breakfast and the location.

There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. WiFi is free in public spaces. Inn at Cheltenham Parade also features a terrace and coffee/tea in common area. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This 4-star Harrogate inn is smoke free.
