The hotel is very clean and modern, staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are great. Breakfast wasn't great. I understand this is as a result of recent restrictions but I still feel more cereal, fruit, pastries could be offered. Not everyone wants a full English breakfast or coco pops. It should also be documented that Carluccios restaurant has shut down. This has not been updated on Ebookers or the Marriott website which is disappointing.

le personnel de la réception, sympathique, mais c'est inadmissible que personne parle une autre langue que l'anglais !!! moi même je parle l'allemand,l'italien,et le français, mais pas un mot d'anglais !!! donc c'était très compliqué de se comprendre ! en plus dans un Hôtel Marriot il est inadmissible de ne pas trouver de mouchoirs en papier (kleenex) dans la sale de bain. .
