    A wonderful period property set on Hayle Terrace, a short walk from Hayle town centre. Perfectly positioned for the beaches of St Ives Bay and an ideal base to explore the tip of Cornwall. The home provides 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge diner, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are lovely gardens to the front and back, parking, gas central heating and even a garage for leaving wetsuits and boards in. The accommodation is wonderfully retro and is a great base to explore the area. The Space: The property offers a chest freezer and tumble dryer in the rear utility outhouse. Washing machine in the kitchen. Cot available for use with highchair and baby bath. Garage and parking. Parking is free on the street to the front or there is a designated space to the rear in front of the garage. Guest Access: The whole property is available for guests. Interaction with Guests: You will have the whole property to yourselves. We use an Airbnb management company, AirSW, and they will deal with all your enquiries. The Neighborhood: Hayle is perfect for the beaches of St Ives Bay which are within a 15 minute walk. Hayle town centre is also within walking distance and the A30 is 5 minutes by car to explore the area. Getting Around: There are regular trains to Hayle Station which is located near by. There is a regular bus service to St Ives, leaving every 30 minutes. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in time is 4PM - 11PM

    4/5 Good

      Needs another bathroom and rooms no air flow on hot nights. Otherwise very clean and comfortable

      Bedrooms need a fan for hot nights. Bathroom very close to bedrooms and bedroom doors must remain open for adequate airflow. We were 3 up and were comfortable but can't say it would suit 5 people.
