Clean, modern refitted property, nicely decorated. Handy for the station. Catered well for dietary requirements at breakfast. Bed must have been comfy, and quiet area, as had a really good night's sleep!

Great location

Pros: Location,room,bathroom,staff,breakfast,coffee
Cons: For us the beds were too hard and thicker/more pillows please as both types were too soft/thin
Location: Lovely park,great views,great walks,great little shopping centre,quaint market,great music venue,good cafes and restaurants,canal trips
Great location,great staff,great room especially the bathroom (which included a freestanding bath)and all very clean. Hospitality tray was very nice with lovely fresh coffee. In the bathroom there were complimentary products and towels.Good check in and leave times and staff were only a phone call away. Breakfast was cooked to order and staff were more than accommodating to our dietary requirements. Our only criticisms are that the beds were too hard for us so we didn't have a great nights sleep (but I guess that's a matter of preference) and we both would have loved more pillows. Another thing was that we couldn't access the WIFI,but I forgot to ask about that when we spoke to a member of staff,but it wasn't the end of the world without it. We would have scored higher but the beds were a problems for us,but again like I said that is a matter of preference as I'm sure some people would enjoy a firm mattress.

Cons: We stayed in room 4 this could be improved with a new mattress and a shower instead of the bath.
We loved the convenience of this hotel.We had l beautiful breakfast made by lovely staff.The bed was tired and sloping.But overall we had a great stay.

Lovely b&b but noisy.

Cons: New windows!
Location: Excellent and central but too near the noisy pub.
Very lovely place, very very friendly and helpful manager. Breakfast amazing. But unfortunately the music from the pub next door which went on until 1 am on the Saturday night was really loud. The wooden sash window did not help at all. Such a shame as everything else was fantastic.

Really lovely B&B,close to all ameneties

Pros: the room,and the little touches,the coffee,the staff
Location: Lovely little market,crafts shops,bars,music venues,quaint little cinema,cafes,restaurants,boats,walking.
Lovely comfy room with lots of character,well stocked hospitality tray including fresh coffee and a cafetiere. Beautiful bathroom with double shower and toiletries.The bed was very comfortable,the decor very pretty and the view overlooking the park and canal was lovely.We stayed in one of the luxury rooms on the second floor which is ok if your fit but if not book on on the first floor.Louise changed the feather bedding for me without hesitation when I explained about my allergies to feathers. Breakfast was super,fresh fruit,cereal,and then lovely hot dishes cooked to perfection and fresh Illy coffee (don't expect a full English) We weren't disappointed though as the food on the menu was quite modern yet wholesome and set us up for the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay again
