Die Lage ist katastrophal, zu laut, da die Strassenbahn direkt dran vorbei fährt und keine guten Fenster vorhanden sind, sehr laut, könnte nicht schlafen.Keine Klimaanlage Der angebotene Kaffeeautomat brachte nur sehr wenig Kaffee zustande. Kein Wasserkocher als Möglichkeit sich einen Tee zu machen auf dem Zimmer, gerade zu Coronazeiten eigentlich ein muss

Sehr gute Lage Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit grossem Badezimmer, sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr gut mit grosser Auswahl. Einchecken in Coronazeiten leider etwas kompliziert, da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Standard Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Grösse, Badezimmer geräumig. Zimmer zur Strasse aufgrund der Lage des Hotels am Bismarck Platz eher lärmig. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit vielen Angeboten. Schade, dass Réception nicht immer besetzt. Mussten über einen Automaten einchecken, was etwas umständlich ist. Wurde wettgemacht mit Welcome Drink.

Es war laut und das Zimmer war nicht zu lüften, da von aussen über Abluftrohre entweder süsser Bäckereiduft oder Pizza, Döner-Gerüche hineinkamen und im Bad über die Lüftung der Geruch von verbranntemÖl/Fett hineinkam. Das Zimmer war glücklicherweise laut Ebookers 50% billiger als sonst, aber auch nur diesen Preis wert.

Nur für eine und kurze Nacht zu empfehlen

Pros: Das Personal war freundlich
Cons: Zimmer sollte vorher mal vom Personal (nicht den Reinigungskräften) inspiziert werden
Location: Sehr zentral
Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nur auf der rechten hälfte. Es wurde wahrscheinlich nicht gelüftet Das Zimmer haben wir eiskalt vorgefunden. Die Heizung im Zimmer und auf dem Badezimmer waren nicht an obwohl es Ende November und in Heidelberg eiskalt war Im Badezimmer hatte das Glas, in dem die Zahnbürste aufbewahrt werden soll, einen Riss

Laut aber gut

Das Hotelzimmer war super, gross sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider steht das Hotel voll im Zentrum, womit man die Fenster schliessen muss wenn man schlafen will (sehr viel Strassenlärm), da wäre eine Klimaanlage gut. Das Frühstückbuffet war super :)
