Vorneweg das Ambiente vom Hotel ist schön und auch die Zimmer sauber und neu eingerichtet. Etwas laut an der Hauptstraße. Personal leider eher pampig, Rechnung bekäme man wohl per email, Ausdruck scheinbar zu viel verlangt. Parken muss man im Voraus bezahlen - jetzt weiß ich auch warum ... waren abends noch essen und um 22 Uhr war der Parkplatz total überfüllt, mussten selbstständig einen Parkplatz außerhalb suchen. Auf Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen keine große Hilfe, das könne schon mal passieren, Rückerstattung der 15 Euro nicht möglich da der Vorgesetzte nicht da sei man könne das nicht entscheiden. Ich hatte über ebookers reserviert, Bezahlung vor Ort stand im Text, meine Kreditkarte wäre nur zur Sicherheit und Reservierung nötig. Vor Ort kam dann heraus dass ja schon bezahlt ist weil meine Karte belastet wurde. Angeblich läge das an ebookers ich hätte eben über booking oder direkt beim Hotel buchen müssen. also meine Schuld. Fand ich alles eher ein bisschen suspekt. Schade das Hotel hätte mit etwas mehr Kundenorientierung Potential

Das Hotel ist an sich gut gelegen, zu fuss 10 min vom Bahnhof Heidelberg entfernt. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, und kalt eingerichtet. Das Personal war meist freundlich. Leider mangelte es an der Sauberkeit im Badezimmer, Spuren vom Vorgänger waren gut zu sehen. Für einen Kurztrip reicht das Hotel jedoch völlig aus.

Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war gut und ein sauberes Zimmer vorhanden. Die Straßemgeräuche hört man kaum. (Außer wenn die Feuerwehr vorbeifährt. - mehrmals am Tag und in der Nacht)

Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Early Check In war kein Problem Sehr moderne, saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten Lage sehr gut da Nahe Autobahn Ausfahrt, ruhig aber Zentrum trotzdem schnell erreichbar. Frühstück sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut gelegen,wenn mann mit dem Auto von auswärts kommt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Guter Stadtzugang mit dem Tram. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Also sehr empfehlenswert. Freundliche Grüsse M.Klossner

Flasche Wasser umsonst dazu, auch 2 Kapseln für Kaffee. Alles top, gerne auch wieder. Das einzige Manko, ich würde die Cocktails an der Bar nicht empfehlen! Haben Mojito bestellt für 7,90 €, dies war ekelhaft vom Geschmack her. Auf Nachfrage ob da überhaupt Alkohol drinnen ist, sagte man uns dass es eine Fertigmischung. Preis nicht gerechtfertigt, Geschmack widerlich.
