Hotelli oli hiljainen, mistä syystä vastaanoton aukioloa oli rajoitettu aika lailla. Palvelu hotellilla ja erityisesti ravintolassa oli kuitenkin hyvää ja aamiainen vähäisiin majoittujiin nähden varsin kattava ja laadukas. Rakennukset ovat jo iäkkäitä ja se näkyy rähjäisyytenä. Tilat sinänsä olivat siistit.
