Hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva erittäin siisti huoneisto. Ainut miinus, että kirjautumistiedot eivät tulleet vaan niistä piti erikseen soittaa perään.

Siisti huoneisto. Tuuletuksen ääni oli kova. Ikkunassa pitäisi olla avattava tuuletusikkuna. Hieman tunkkainen haju viemäristä.

Rakennus ulkoa ja porraskäytävä olivat ankeita. Huoneisto kalusteineen/varusteineen oli huippuhyvä ja uutuuttaan huokuva. Sänky oli hyvä. Ikean tuotteet kattavasti käytössä. Tiskipöydällä ja liedessä oli likaa. Sukkasillaan kävellessä jäi sukat pohjistaan harmaiksi, joten lattiat olisi hyvä märkäpestä kunnolla asukkaiden välillä. Parkkihalli oli niin ahdas, etten vienyt autoa sinne. Syynä pelko siitä, että joku kolhii autoani. Muualta talosta kuului ilta-aikaan kummallista kolistelua, mutta yöllä oli täysin hiljaista. Suosittelen tätä kuitenkin majoittumiseen.
