Thank you, Frances, for your review after your recent stay with us at Hotel du Vin, Henley-on-Thames. I am sorry to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that the decor of the room did not meet your personal taste. The room you described is one of three Big Doubles that have the bathrooms upstairs and I have to say they are not "small and cramped". I am sorry that you didn't like the bed - personal taste again - or the fact that we use duvets etc. I hope you mentioned your feedback to us whilst you were with us as I am sure we could have done something to make things better for you.
