We booked two rooms with two double beds and requested adjoining rooms since we have three young children. After booking, we called twice to confirm that we would have adjoining rooms, and both times they confirmed we would. When we actually checked in, though, they said that adjoining rooms weren't available for the room types we had selected, and since we booked through Expedia they refused to move us to the unoccupied adjoining rooms they did have (even though the hotel was barely even occupied). The person at the front desk blamed us for booking through Expedia and didn't even apologize for lying to us over the phone twice.
