Fantastic staff - excellent location

We booked 2 nights in this hotel for our wedding anniversary. My husband had asked for the staff to help find us some places to go near by and also if they could bring us some sparkling wine on our anniversary. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with a special thanks to George who was especially helpful. We had a junior suite overlooking the pool and the glorious view. The room was spacious, clean and all the basics were provided. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from lots of lovely restaurants. We continued to walk and found a wide variety of restaurants and gift shops. Overall a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely be returning.

Perfect stay

Wonderful staff great value for money shame about a few other guests who were happy to moan they thought it was not upto to 4star standard they forgot how little they were paying, highly recommend,you just need to hire a car first

sale, bestiole dans la chambre , loin de réception, aucun moyen de contacté la réception pas tél. ne wifi, ne télévision. la seul chose positive est les personnels très gentille. Je conseil a personne cette hôtel. J'ai passé des vacances vraiment épouvantable. J'ai réservé cette hôtel avec le conseil de votre agent. J'avais pension complet et on a mange tout les jour à midi que pizza ou sandwich. Pendant les repas l'eau été payant. Pendant les 14 jours on a passe tout les jours avec ma fille on a soulte de partir les plus vite possible. J'ai jamais eu des vacances comme ça toute ma vie. Je voulait dis Merci a NIKITA et ANNA.

Hôtel accueillant, chambre très grande,

Pros: L'emplacement dans la montagne, près du village à pied
Cons: Le ménage n'est pas fait le dimanche !
Plus qu'une chambre, un petit appartement avec kitchenette; Vue sur la mer imprenable, avec une piscine assez grande, en saison.Personnel très aimable, mais petit déjeûner assez simple malgré son yaourt au miel crètois à tomber !

Transport

Pros: The hotel is pleasant, so is the view and the staff is very discrete and available. The village is calm and very pleasant. The mini gym is tiny mini.
Cons: WIFI in all rooms and annexes.
Location: A number of excurtions are to be done from Hersonissos. Beautiful and beaches at 20 minutes walk. Staying at Amazones allows a pleasant village life.
A shuttle from the airport to the hotel was sold to me with the trip but there is NO shuttle from/to the airport. Nevertheless, the 40 euros taxis are very welcoming! Actually, there is no zone 2 and the Amazones hotel is not the only one in this case. You must have been misinformed about the organization in the area. The customers I talked to around are quite unhappy, obviously. As a matter of fact, I would like to be refunded of my transport fare, I think it would be fair.

Pros: der Service und die schnelle Reaktion des Teams waren hervorragend.
Cons: die Ausstattung der Apartment-Zimmer. Das alte Bett im Gebäude ANNEX zum Beispiel und die weiteren Möbel sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Location: die Hang-Lage ist sehr sehr gut und es sind nur ein kleiner Fußweg zu Restaurants & Bars.
da ich ohnehin nur 3 Nächte dort war, war die einseitige Vielfalt des Frühstückbuffets auszuhalten.

Hyvä paikka ja ajankohta rauhaisalle aurinkolomall

Location: Hyvä ranta, patikointimahdollisuuksia, hotellin järjestämää ohjelmaa viinimaisteluista retkiin, hyviä vinkkejä omin päin retkeilyyn
Siisti ja hyvin hoidettu ihanassa puutarhaympäristössä. Pieni vintage (puhelin valintakiekolla) hymyilytti, huoneen pieni mustavalkotelkkari ei niinkään, mutta toisaalta naapureista ei kuulunut telkkarin ääniä :) Aulaan saattoi sitten mennä katsomaan isoa taulutelkkaria. Minikeittiö oli enemmän kuin riittävästi varustettu meidän tarpeisiimme (kuka oikeesti tulee Kreetalle kokkaamaan itse?). Vaivana oli korkeintaan naapureista ja ulkoa kuuluva puhe tai kävely yläkerrassa, tavallista lomahotelleissa. Lokakuussa oli kaiken kaikkiaan mukavan rauhallista ja vielä hyvin lämmintä.

Merveilleux séjours en famille

Hôtel très tranquille, personnels très serviable, amigable et sympa...le wi-fi n'arrive pas jusqu'au chambre, mais c'est un simple détail, sinon tout était bien, et nous espérons y revenir bientôt avec beaucoup de plaisir...proche du village et des resto du coin
