Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the time you enjoyed the location of the resort, our pools, bars, and service offered. We would like to inform you that your feedback is very valuable to us, thus we will take all your comments into our consideration for our future improvement plans. Concerning the food offered, we would like to clarify that we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following local and Mediterranean recipes. The fruits and the vegetables are supplied from local producers that are well known for their quality products. We hope you had mentioned your dissatisfaction to our staff so we could have tried satisfying any particular need of yours. As regards your comment about the dress code, please allow us to point out that our hostesses do their best on a daily basis in order for the dress code to be implemented. We are glad to read that you enjoyed staying with us, as we always do our best in order to offer memorable stay to all our guests! We would also like to thank you for your comments and assure you that we will take them into consideration. Please allow us to explain that in case of a guest’s dissatisfaction with the offered room, we do our best so to meet his/her needs and offer an alternative room. As the noise factor cannot be predicted, as it is affected by the other travelers staying next to you, we consider the three rooms’ changes as a positive outcome with regard to the provided service. Moreover, although our main Cosmos restaurant does not offer outdoor dining, our guests may enjoy our four other restaurants (Almyra, Cochlias, Platia and Pithos), which offer wonderful terrace and great views. Continuing, we would like to mention our surprise about your comment regarding the lack of seating in our main restaurant and the swimming pool. We would like to assure you that all our guests may find a place in one of our two main restaurants, Cosmos & Estia, or in one of our 13 swimming pools, without the need to wake up early or set the alarm. Besides, both our pool attendants and our F&B staff is always happy to assist our guests with finding an available table or sunbed.
