Wir kommen schon seit 11 Jahren ins Hotel Palace. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Das Hotel ist in der Fussgängerzone und 5 Min vom Thermalsee.

wir waren mehr als 10x im Hotel Palace, wir fühlen uns dort einfach zuhause. Im Zentrum, nahe beim Thermalsee und am Balaton.

Personal an Reception und im Service sind freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot alles, was man sich wünscht. Lob an Küchenpersonal. Sauna, Bad etc wurde nicht benutzt, somit keine Beurteilung.

es war fast alles gut Zimmer Reinigung Reinigung Zeit zwischen 1 Minute und Maximum 3 Minuten wenn man bedenkt das viele Leute mit Tieren anwesend sind macht man sich schon ein bisschen Gedanken der Hygiene

Reception ist besetzt mit unfreundlichen Männer und nicht befleissend um Wünsche von Gästen zu erfüllen! Zimmerservice ist sehr schlecht. Kann nicht sein das erst nach zahlen eines relativ grosssem Trinkgeld es ein wenig besser wurde. Meine nächste Reise nach Heviz werde ich auf jeden Fall nicht im Palace verbringen!!
