Desperately needs a refurb

Pros: Very little, staff only good point
Cons: Decor , room furnishings, beds
Location: On very busy main road
Tired old hotel, floors creak badly, peculiar hairy wall coverings in bedrooms. Very tiny beds- double was only a 4 footer!! Smokers congregate outside the main door, including staff, very bad. No pot of coffee provided on table for breakfast. No handle on bathroom door, just a piece of wood nailed over the hole!! However staff very friendly and attentive.

Visiting friends.

We stayed here when visiting friends who lived locally. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The room was compact but had everything there. The decor is very tired and there were a couple of spider's webs in corners.

good location

Pros: Location and outside sitting area
Cons: Room 116 tv not working and shower temperature not working
Location: Pubs and food great in local area
TV and shower not working in my room, location great near M40 plus great pubs close by especially the pub to the rear, Nepalese food was fantastic
