Frühstück war nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer haben wir selber für halbe Stunde suchen müssen weil niemand da ist wo dir begleitet. Man drückt dir ein Plan wo das Haus sich befindet wo das Zimmer ist und dann musst du selber schauen wie dorthin kommst. Wir dachten an Wellness da Wellness vorhanden ist aber die Sauna ist Rohr oder ein Fass das Schwimmbad ist 6 - 8 lang meine Meinung nach sind 264 EU vie Zuviel für so eine Unterkunft.

Gerne werde ich mich mit meinen Kollegen beraten und sehen, wie wir dies verbessern können.Wir sind kein ausgesprochenes Wellnesshotel, doch wir wissen um den kleinen Bereich. Das Peronal am Empfang war sehr nett, hilfsbereit bei fragen und immer erreichbar. Das Servicepersonal okey, freundlich aber auch etwas trocken in der Art. Zum Beispiel die Mittagsspeisekarte war dieselbe wie am abend, keine klassischen Gerichte im Angebot. Das Badezimmer im Elegance Zimmer mini, kaum Platz. Terasse und Umgebung sehr hübsch und gepflegt, Wellnessbereich klein aber alles da. Fässlisauna top, kleines Hallenbad auch gut. Der Strand gefiehl uns nicht, unschön fürs Auge, Plastiksteg, Sandplatz hässlich, Folien ragten überall aus dem Sand, der extra angelegt war. Sonnenplatz Terasse ein Pluspunkt. Alles in allem okey- gut. Fanden das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht erreicht. Zuwenig Wasser im Zimmer, nur ein gratis mini Mineralfläschli für 2 Personen, hätte da eine Literflasche erwartet. Keine Weingläser im Zimmer.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den 4 Bilder, die wir bei der Reservation von Ihnen gezeigt bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner und die Sitzecke mit Tisch und Stühle war nicht vorhanden. Das Badzimmer war viel kleiner als das Foto. Hat uns die Freude am Ausflug verdorben.
