Convenient location, good for a few nights

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Rooms are small, but probably not possible to improve that!
Location: Station is very close by and has some excellent restaurants especially for okonomiyaki which is a Hiroshima specialty
Stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location close to the station, staff were friendly, free breakfast was good. Rooms are very small but comfortable for a few nights and very clean! Plenty of amenities. We didn't bother unpacking here, so our bags weren't really in the way, but it is a small room so be aware of that if you need space to move & unpack.

Business hotel

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: More information about facilities during check-in.
Good location if you need to be close to Hiroshima station and if you're there for a short stay. Would suit people travelling for business more than guests on holiday. Breakfast is basic but decent. Breakfast ladies were very nice and helpful. Receptionists were nice overall, but one of them was extremely rude. I had read very opposite opinions on the customer service before booking a room in that hotel so I suppose it depends on what receptionist you speak to.
