Trevlig personal. Nära till hamnen och båten över till Vasa. Anläggningen har tyvärr sett sin bästa dagar och skulle behöva lite uppdatering.

Hotelli lähellä satamaa on erittäin hyvä asia! Mutta eikö kannattaisi edes hieman panostaa hotellin kuntoon? Meidän huoneessa pistorasia löytyi sängyn viereen asennetun yöpöydän alta paikasta, joka oli miltei mahdoton löytää ja käyttää. Ikkunat olivat likaiset, villakoirat lentelivät ilmavirran mukana, ja WC:n suihkusysteeemi on "ainutlaatuinen". Kynnyksen seutu märkänee suihkun sijoittelun vuoksi, suihkun letku oli litistynyt ja koko systeemi hankala käyttää! Eikö mitenkään voisi pikkuhiljaa alkaa huone huoneelta korjata tätä tärkeää paikkaa, jos rahoitus ei riitä hotellin kaikkien suihkujen korjaukseen? Vuoteet olivat hyvät ja siistit, huoneen varustelu välttävä. Mutta tapasimme kahden yöpymisen aikana ainakin kolme työntekijää, jotka kaikki näyttivät hoitavan kaikki asiat receptionista siivoukseen! Siltii aina ystävällisinä ja auttamishaluisina, kuuntelevina.

Nous n’avions pas indiqué d’heure d’arrivée et n’avions pas remarqué qu’il n’y a plus de personnel après 15h. La porte d’entrée s’ouvre avec un code que nous n’avions pas. Un client nous a gentiment ouvert, mais je pense que l’hôtel devrait systématiquement envoyer un mail avec les instructions à toute personne qui ne serait pas encore arrivée lorsque le personnel quitte l’hôtel
