Everything was great. Nice room, very friendly staff expecially on reception and at breakfast. Very minor gripe - it would be good to be able to turn off/on the bathroom fan independent of the light.

Stay for 2 nights & had room 5. A must as superb views. Bathroom is looking tired with a few maintenance issues. Some of the room needed attention .ie furniture a little tired, some windows dont open & outside is showing a need for redecorating. Some wear on carpet on stairs too. The room was fabulously located with stunning views. The staff are extra special with people pleasing ways. The food we had in pub as well as restaurant was great with sufficient quantities. Over all we enjoyed our stay but please dont let the decor deteriorate too much Big thank you to all staff

We stayed for 2 nights in a sea view room with balcony, the hotel has a great location a mere couple of minutes walk from a cracking beach. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and welcoming and always on hand if required. Breakfast was a strange affair as due to the current pandemic had to be ordered the night before and delivered to your room, the selection was maybe a tad limited but under the circumstances was more than satisfactory including cereals, toast, yoghurt, croissants and a bacon or sausage bap, based on what we had I’m sure the full breakfast range would be very good. The hotel had a restaurant and attached pub, we had a meal in the adjoining pub and was very pleased with good wholesome pub grub and a fair selection of drinks. The bay offered a good selection of alternative places to eat or drink and is obviously set in a lovely part of the world. In summary we had a great couple of days and will probably return at some point, recommend.

Lovely location. Pleasant helpful staff. Room and bed was comfy. Breakfast fabulous. Would recommend and definately stay here again.

Beautiful location. Fantastic sea view. Humongous family room. Very polite and courteous staff who went the extra mile to make our anniversary special. Very quiet hotel. Comfy bed. Had arranged portable radiators which were on on our arrival so the room was warm and toasty when we arrived. Food at both restaurants were excellent. The only most minor issue would be that there is no mixer tap in the bathroom. There were separate taps for the hot and cold water. The hot water was far too hot to be used on its own. But this in no way should stop anyone from considering to stay here. Everything else is so lovely.

Good value - lovely room with a view

Pros: Modern clean upbeat place we had a large family room almost a suite - enjoyed the swimming pool
Cons: It was a long walk to the room from reception down endless corridors up and down steps etc tedious The heavily advertised Sunday lunch fell short
Location: Ideal close to the beach and handy for walks - good restaurants , pubs and bars close by also handy for south stacks ,Holyhead etc
We enjoyed our short break at this hotel - lovely comfy big family room great if you have kids - nice that it has a balcony so you could sit out if you wanted to
