Good service and very clean
Room was clean. House keeping was superb and service staff was very helpful and responsive. SWill definitely consider staying there again on my next trip.

Reasonable price, location & staffs are good
The mattress was a bit hard but ok for boutique hotel I don't mind that much. The vessel waste in the bathtub is loose so the water could be at only a half of bathtub.

Very close to subway (only 3 mins' walk); convenience store only 5 mins' away; the neighborhood is quiet after 10 p.m. but there's a 24-hour Chinese dim sum store 5 mins' walk from the hotel and it's good if you want some midnight food; nice view of the harbour.
