Room was Very dirty, small and was in need of renovation. This hotel certainly is not 4* and I would probably give it 1* Also the bathroom is so small that you can’t sit on the toilet properly!!!

Great location and price, they were great when I had to recieve some part from China however, WiFi was very slow in our room 2719, on our last night there was a strong smell of smoke which was disgusting and kept us awake, waiting for the lifts was a bit annoying. Overall for the price of definitely recommend this place.

Rock Hard Beds, tiny rooms, v.small wash basin in room not in bathroom,no wardrobe, just a small bookshelf, supposed to be a deluxe room!!!! Tiny (toy) fridge. Booked non smoking room/floor but smell from smokers in adjoining rooms. Have to wait ages for lifts. No help with luggage.

I was given a bedroom for disabled people even though I am not disabled. The staff were remoteon the fifth floor and couldn’t really speak iEnglish or did’t try to. 38 floors and 3 lifts. People were waiting up to half an hour to ascended. I really enjoyed my stay in HKG, the people seemed very kind, gentle and helpful, all apart from the staff in this bloody hotel. They are rude, disinterested and uncaring. The advertised swimming poll was closed down for work to be done and the third floor restaurant was poor. None of the constituent parts were knitted together. The place had no identity and you were left very much to your own devices. I can accept any kind of failings as long as there is a good heart, there isn’t one here

Not a very good experience during my recent stay - very rude staff who weren’t helpful at all and disrespectful towards us. Only 4 small lifts in building so there was always a que for them which was even worse at check in / check out times when people had suitcases, room not that big at all, bed was very uncomfortable and the views weren’t even that good. For the price, I don’t think this hotel is worth it to be honest. Best part was the fact the MTR was just round the corner.

Not what one expects from a 4 stars hotel. The elevators are horribly configured, so you have to wait sometimes a long time to get to your room - or to the airport :)
