Checking in took over an hour. At the end of a long flight, I just wanted to crawl into bed - as did my children and wife. Unacceptable and ruined the entire experience.

Closest hotel to terminals

This hotel lives up to its 'airport hotel' unlike many others. It is literally attached to the terminal via a 5 min covered walkway. From room to check in desk was less than 15 minutes. The rooms were typical hotel rooms but very clean, with good facilities and excellent value for money. We had an early morning flight so to save on an expensive hotel in Kowloon and mega early start checked in here in the evening at 50 of cost. Highly recommend it

Good location for Airport

Good location for overnight stay in between flights. Would not recommend for any further stay. Rooms clean. We had a family room with 2 dbl beds for 2+2, which was adequate in size without being large. Staff are not overly welcoming, possibly due to the language barrier for English travellers.

Regal hotel stop over

The hotel is very handy for the airport but it wasn't very nice. A bit shabby. The internet was way over priced at HKD130 for 24 hours for only two devices. Better to buy a data sim in the airport HKD 100 for seven days.

Weird Bathroom

Great location of you arrive late in Hon Kong, or have a early flight to catch. But although the overall decoration of the hotel looks nice, the room wasn't so great itself. It looked clean, but the sink and bath area of the room are just odd. the water goes down very slow in the sink, and nothing you can do to help it, so it's a bit disgusting. As for the bath area, water goes out from both the tap and the shower....no way you could choose, it just comes out from both places at the same time........very odd.

Good stop over hotel

Good size room, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms can be a bit noisy so do not forget to take ear plugs if you want to get undisturbed sleep.

Disneyland break

The hotel staff were extremely unhelpful and cold-shouldered me at every request, I found out later that this wasn't just in the hotel, but everywhere I travelled, It seems to be a Hong-Kong v Britain historic thing. A toilet cleaner was the most helpful person I talked to. 'Free Internet in the hotel lobby' is advertised, but you have to stand up or sit on the floor as there are no 'free' chairs. The hotel is just a few hundred meters from the airport hub, where there is cheaper food and free wifi.

ideal for overnight stay for a connecting flight.

Very pleasant and most suitable choice for my needs as it's connected to Hong Kong Airport. It was worth paying the extra purely for the convenience. Too expensive for me to eat there or use any of the facilities but if you can afford it ,i'm sure the restaurants and facilities would be ideal. As i travel through Hong Kong regularly i would be tempted to pay the extra again just to save the hassle of commuting into Hong Kong.

End of business trip for first flight

My opinion of the staff is that most of them were condescending and lacking in both tact and manners. Also, there were no smoking rooms - bad habit but I have it. Recommendation depends upon whether friend smokes or does not.
