Used this hotel many times passing through on way from Ancona in Italy comfortable hotel with nice restaurant

stayed here a few times close to motorway nice bar and food and good price if booked when on offer

Personnel très agréable et accueillant. L'hôtel est très bien insonorisé. La chambre était confortable, le lit également. Très bonne situation géographique pour visiter Colmar.

Mauvaise pioche

Cons: Mettre de vrai lits doubles, une bouilloire et une brosse à toilette et c'est pas du luxe chez Air BNB c'est moins cher et plus confortable.
Pour un séjour de 2 jours on à changer 3 fois de chambre. Pour une réservation de chambre à lit double à l'arrivé on nous dit que c'est 2 simples! La première chambre que l'on nous donne est sale. A ma réclamation on nous change de chambre la 2em est propre mais pas confortable il manque une table de chevet et les lit rapproché sont franchement pas confortable. Le lendemain il est accepté que l'on change de nouveau de chambre mais les lits restent jumeaux et rapproché! Si on prends un lit double chez Ibis on vous mets 2 simples rapproché auquel on vous rajoute un matelas pour dire que c'est un lit double! on à eu ça quelque jour avant dans un autre Ibis surtout que c'est pas de l'IBIS budjet!
