The hotel needs more staff on reception. It is busy with people arriving to check in and people arriving from holiday to collect their cars. 1 person is not enough, very slow check in. The breakfast was lovely, but not having a plate warmer means that you are putting hot food onto cold plates. this is very unsatifactory. The bathrooms have no heating apart from an electric towel rail, so the bathroom is freezing in winter. The duvet cover is not big enough for the bed. The hotel is clean and up to date and comfortable. It is cheaper to book breakfast on the day, £7.95 than booking on line £8.50.

Served purpose

Everything about hotel was fine... For the price, was decent value for money. Had an issue waiting for shuttle; it didn't arrive for long time due to some miscommunication, but they didn't charge us in the end.

Transfer Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, the air condirioning did not work properly so the room was quite hot. Parking was difficult because of the parking of holiday parkers. My daughter had to climb in the passager side to be able to get to the driving side as an inconsiderate person had parked so close. Would not recommend for more than 1 night.

Unfriendly staff

The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested, the bedding even had a few holes. I couldn't wait to leave early in the morning! For £60 for a single night, it is not worth it - I will consider others next time I commute from Gatwick airport.
