Basic but convenient for the airport

Pros: Parking Shuttle bus service Proximity to Gatwick airport
Location: Close proximity to Gatwick airport, ideal if flying from Gatwick airport.
Basic accommodation but we expected that for the price, if anything it exceeded our expectations with the facilities offered. We booked the hotel as we were flying out of Gatwick airport early the next morning and it was ideal for that. They provide parking for whilst you are away and this was very reasonable in comparison to the airport car parks. The airport shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was clean and prompt and the driver was very friendly. Hotel staff were friendly too. Would recommend as a place to stay before/after flying out of Gatwick airport and will most likely do so in the future.

Too loud

You hear every step if you‘re staying at the ground floor! So I couldn‘t sleep.

Gatwick Airport Hotel

Checked in late without any problems. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Whilst a transfer to the airport was offered, travelling with hand luggage the train is an easy option.

Very clean hotel next to Gatwick airport

The staff are customer focussed aiming to satisfy. They arranged pickup from Gatwick airport soon after I called them. They made me feel home away from home. The room was conspicuously clean complemented by clean white linen. The restaurant food was made to exceptional standards. I told my friends that I would like to stay at this hotel again next time I arrive at Gatwick airport.

cold room no rug on the Lino floor

Pros: The staff The shower
Cons: Above bed heating and lock
Location: No idea I did not go out
It was a pleasant stay ?i was given a double room which was nice as booked a single . The room was very cold and no rugs on the cushion floor made it worse. Only other thing was the lock on the door was rather feeble and the bed only for a night as rather old!

Handy location for Harley facilities including a good choice of reastaurants within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful . Good value for money if you don't expect 5 * amenities.
