The hotel is well connected to Gatwick Airport via a shuttle bus which runs frequently between the North and South Terminals, as well as a few other airport hotels. I'd say £3 each way is steep but it's a good service. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular but it was clean, quiet and comfortable, which is all I could ask for. I'll definitely consider again if I have an early morning flight!

So shocked and Angry!

Cons: parking
such a fab hotel. great location and lovely clean room but when we returned after 14 days the left hand wing mirror was hanging off damaged and cannot be mended. no word of apology. so lame,

Decent one night stay before flight

Cons: Shuttle is advertised as included, yet you have to pay for it. This should be stated.
Location: Nothing to do nearby.
Decent and reasonably priced hotel to stay at before an early morning flight from Gatwick. Simple but does the job.
