The location is not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast was not good enough for a 3 star hotel. Weak coffe and bland food. Premier Inn has a far superior breakfast.

Very good but terrible internet access

Pros: Spacious room, very clean
Cons: Speed up the internet
Very good but terrible internet access and there are only a few parking spaces so you end up fearing going out with the car in case you lose your space.

Just opposite the beach

Nice Best Western hotel about mile from Brighton. Located on the seafront and not too large or impersonal. Our room was large and spacious and comfortable. We did not stay for breakfast, But went to one of the coffee shops a short walk away on the high street. Would recommend this hotel to anyone we would be happy to stay there ourselves again, especially at such good value for money at this time of year

Ok for short stay

Pros: The price was good and it was comfortable.
Cons: The wifi service and the first impression.The reception area was not very welcoming.
Location: The location is ok,looking out to sea.It is a bit of a walk to the centre of Brighton but a pleasant one along the seafront.
I only stayed one night and did not use the restaurant facilities but found the room comfortable and clean.It had a modern bathroom and comfy bed.Nice modern decor and a TV.My one complaint was the wifi was not good hardly any signal.The public ares of hotel could do with a spruce up as they looked dated and drab.As I say ok for a short stay.

Excellent stop over for New Years Eve

Pros: Nice big bed, friendly night porter who let me in at 3:30 am
Used this hotel as a place to stay after a New Years Eve Party.
