Dear Sir or Madam, We thank you for spending your time to share your experience with us. We are delighted that you have appreciated the smile and the friendliness of our teams and we will not fail to add your comment to them so that they know that their dedication and selflessness are appreciated and recognized by the clientele. As we exchanged on the spot, we regret the inconvenience you encountered during your stay due to the presence of a group. Our waiters were indeed disorganized by this group whose members were changing tables several times during the meal. It was very difficult for us to follow orders. In order to reduce their impact on your stay, we offered you to dine in our upstairs restaurant or to shift your dinner schedule. We also offered you access to the spa to apologize for any inconvenience. Regarding your room, we regret not having this information on the spot because we would have offered to change rooms with great pleasure. Indeed, you have benefited from a room adapted for people with reduced mobility that offers a larger area but is proportionately different than our classic rooms. Finally, our wellness area is at extra cost as indicated on our site as well as the booking sites. Its access is limited to 6 people per hour to maintain its intimate character. Despite these inconveniences, we hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again so that we can satisfy you during a future stay on the Alpe d'Huez.
