Les chambres etaient nettoyées tous les jours sans meme mettre la carte de nettoyage sur la poignée. Les employées etaient toujours en train d'enlever les déchets par terre et dans toute la propriété. La plage etait très propre. Les jardins aussi! Bref tout était parfaitement propre!

Everything about this property is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member. The room was very querky with a massive bed, 2.0m plus in width, not two singles shoved together! Food was fantastic with lots of choice. Facilities and animation team were of the highest order. So many areas to soak up the sun. We've been to Egypt 7 times to date, 5 to Sharm and this was second visit to Hurghada. This hotel was by far the best. The only negative was we didnt book for two weeks, we didn't want to leave! Thoroughly recommend if you want a relaxing, child free break.

From booking in, to departure, everything about Meraki Resort was excellent. Rooms look unfinished but they are. A very querky feel. The bed was massive, at least 2.0m in width. Food was very good with lots of choices. Sun beds galore, with so many areas to soak up the sun. Nothing too much for any of the staff. The only negative was that we had booked for one week! We have been to Egypt 7 times, 5 to Sharm and this was our 2nd to Hurghada. This hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. We will definitely be going back.

Das Meraki Resort Hotel ist ein absolutes Traumhotel. Das ganze Resort ist wunderschön gebaut worden und gibt einem überall einen Wohlfühlmoment. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und der Zimmerservice war super. Wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Getränke und hatten täglich eine neue tolle Figur aus Handtüchern auf dem Bett. Die ganze Anlage wird überwacht und ist sehr sicher. Ausserdem findet man alles was man braucht. Es gibt eine Klinik mit einem Arzt, Shops, Bars und viele verschiedene Restaurants mit einer grossen Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Aktivitäten kann man direkt vor Ort buchen. Selbst für die Partys muss man nicht nach draussen gehen. Der Strand ist sehr gross mit einem direkten Zugang. Die Menschen, welche dort arbeiten unterstützen und helfen einem bei allem. Es sind alles ganz wunderbare Menschen, welche immer sehr freundlich und den ganzen Tag am lächeln sind. Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel, in dem die Angestellten so herzlich sind. Ich würde das Meraki Resort immer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Grundsätzlich war alles gut und wir haben vor allem den Strand am Carpe Diem sehr genossen. Auch der Barmann Barkat war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Drinks gemixt. Das Buffet war okay und entsprach in etwa unseren Erwartungen. Ein wenig mehr Abwechslung hätte jedoch gutgetan. Wie bereits erwähnt, ist die Abwechslung bei den Musikarten am Abend (DJ) für meinen Geschmak mangelhaft. Es wurden oft dieselben Mixes gespielt. Der von euch auf der Homepage erwähnte Deep- und Techhouse war absolute Mangelware. Dies war ursprünglich einer der Gründe für die Entscheidung euer Hotel zu wählen. Nichts desto trotz durften wir eine schöne Zeit verbringen und bedanken uns für die immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Art aller Mitarbeiter. Die Gesamtbewertung beträgt 4 von 5 möglichen.

Wir haben extra ein Zimmer mit Meerblick reserviert und dies war nicht der Fall. Zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit 2x Einzelbett, obwohl ein King-Size-Bett gebucht wurde und nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, bekamen wir das "richtige" Zimmer, jedoch ohne den gewünschten Meerblick. Dies haben wir im Hotel erwähnt, passiert ist jedoch nichts. Da uns dieses Kriterium ein grosses Anliegen und entscheidend für die Buchung der Unterkunft war, finde ich diesen Zustand als absolutes NO-GO. Ausserdem bezahlt man für das Zimmer mit Meerblick einen zusätzlichen Preis! Eine Entschädigung oder ein Entgegenkommen blieb aus, dementsprechend müssen wir uns über diesen Weg beschweren. Weiteres lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrigen. 2x in der Woche wurden die Badetücher nicht ersetzt und wir mussten die gleichen verwenden, welche noch dreckig waren. Vier der zur Verfügung stehenden Restaurants mussten vorab reserviert werden, wobei es teilweise keine Möglichkeiten gab, da der Platz bereits ausgebucht war. Denn einige Restaurants waren nur 3x in der ganzen Woche offen. Dies lässt meines Erachtens zu wünschen übrig und sollte in der Beschreibung genauer erläutert werden. Vorallem die Tatsache, dass nicht alle Restaurant und insbesondere nicht alle Speisen im All-Inclusive-Angebot enthalten sind. Die meisten Restaurant hatten ein winziges Angebot an All-Inclusive-Speisen, was nicht in Ordnung ist.

We had a Gypsy Room, it was a very nice room. The personal is very friendly and our whole stay was awesome at the Meraki Resort. Our flight was good, the food in the flight also. It was very nice vacations, i will go back someday.
