Everything is perfect. Thanks Moataz at reception for great hospitality and professionalism. Thank you Chef Jumbo for the most Delicious Duck that was cooked especially based on our request, really the best chef . also chef Ashraf was very nice and handsome passing by every table to make sure that everything is perfect. Thanks Basango ,Tyson And Vika from animation team . Hotel still my favorite one in Hurghada

Going back home

Pros: All the staff, from the gardeners, room boys to the chefs and management .
Cons: The rooms are a little tired, and could do with some tlc. Also they could play some background music in the restaurants.
Location: The location is ok if you like just the beach and snorkelling and Hurgharda is not that far away
Been back to hotel lots of times and it just feels like home. The staff are just amazing, can’t do enough for us. There are so much options of where to eat and if by chance you can’t find anything to your liking then just see one of the chefs and they will sort something out for you. That’s why we keep going back.

Dissapointing 5th visit :-(

Love this hotel very much, all time favourite! Only thing that lets it down is the unheated pools. The hotel has so many pools on offer but only 1 very tiny one is heated and not in a very nice location really lets the place down and quite frankly majorly spoilt our 5th visit at this hotel. Love the place but not sure if I will be going back if they continue to not hear the pools. Ice cold is an understatement it was painful to even dip a toe in, why have a pool with slides for kids when they can't use it cos the water is so painfully cold. Very disappointed this time :-( Sort it out sunrise we want to come back but won't and will go else where if u can't even heat the pools.

Where the guest is still king

The hotel does everything to suit the guests needs and above. Everybody is friendly and helpful, ( some waiters in the main resto could be a bit more attentive) but the management is doing an extraordinary good job. The animation team is outstanding, ever so helpful and cheerful. The many returners to this hotel say it all, it's a place to come back to.

Wir hatten eimen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Hotelanlage ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Wir waren in verschiedenen A la carte Restaurants und fanden das Steakhouse und Beduins am besten. Das Buffetrestaurant war auch immer sehr gut. Sie haben ein grosses Animationsprogramm für klein und gross. Unseren Kindern hats auch sehr gut gefallen. Riesige Poollandschaft mit vielen Rutschen. In der Anlage hatte es überall Pools. Strand war wunderschön (Badeschuhe sind nicht nötig). Hat ein hauseigenes Riff zum schnorcheln. Wir hatten Ausflüge gemacht (mit Quads in der Wüste, Bootstour zu Orange Bay mit schnorcheln, Kameltour). Alle waren tiptop.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht. Besonderen Lob ist für das super top Animationsteam die sind einfach klasse sehr motiviert professionelle Shows und einfach sehr net.
