Pidin sijainnista. Melua ei kuulunut ulkoa eikä sisältä. Hyvä ja runsas aamupala. Parantamisen varaa aamupalan jakelussa ruuhkatilanteessa, lisää henkilökuntaa sesonkiaikana. Huoneen ja erityisesti kh:n siisteydessä petrattavaa, suihkuvesi lainehti kh: n lattialla eikä edes lattiapyyhettä vaihdettu.

Siisti paikka, mutta huone oli melko pieni eli ei tilaa vierailijoille.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Mutta en pitänyt siitä, että hotelli oli kautta aikojen vaikein löytää ja löytää sen sisäänkäynti. Uuden auton navigaattori ei tuntenut koko hotellia, mutta arvasin, että se on sama kuin Cumulus Hyvinkää ! Kun navigaattori kertoi olevani perillä en nähnyt ao.kadun puolella mitään hotelliin viittavaa ja tai Scandic kylttiä ! Kun sitten ajelemalla ympäriinsä näin toiselta sivulta pienen Scandic kyltin ajoin takapihan parkkiin, mutta sieltäkään ei näkynyt missä on hotellin sisäänkäynti. Vain Terveystalon ja muiden firmojen kylttejä. Piti soittaa hotellin vastaanottoon ja kysyä mistä pääsee sisään ??!! Erinomaisesti piilotettu sinänsä OK ja siisti hotelli, mutta myös siältä tosi sokkeloinen.

Siisti ja sijainti loistavaa. En pitänyt portsarin katseista. Jotkut respan ihmiset eivät jaksaa palvella ja hymyillä varkainkin 3.8.2019 respa viiksimies. Asiakaspalvelu toimii jäykästi.
